I had an amazing stay at Lagoon Hotel! As a hiker exploring the area, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions. The private room was a pleasant surprise, with a comfortable bed, warm balcony overlooking the mountains, and a private bath with hot water. The strong wifi was also a bonus. a fantastic experience!
I do recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful, cozy stay at Lagoon Hotel. The private room was a pleasant surprise, with a comfortable and warm bed. I loved the balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains and the private bath with hot water. The strong wifi made it easy to stay connected. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food, although not exceptional, was still good. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We had an outstanding experience at Lagoon Hotel in Chugchilan. This family-run business provides welcoming hospitality, clean rooms, and extremely comfortable beds. the meals, which are included in the price, were delicious, and even the hot drinks like coffee and hot chocolate were excellent. the staff's attention to detail truly made our stay special, from the tasty soup to the warm fireplace. the owner went above and beyond, even going to the tienda for us. True hospitality at its finest. Easily a 10 out of 10 for the Quilotoa hiker.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊
